- What’s the call for?
The European City Facility (EUCF) finances the development of investment concepts to improve municipalities’ chances of obtaining the necessary investment funds for sustainable energy projects, including renovation of public buildings, district heating, sustainable mobility as well as innovative energy structures.
- What’s the grant?
Every beneficiary will receive a lump sum of 60,000 EUR for the development of their investment concept.
- Who can apply?
The European City Facility is open to municipalities, local authorities, their groupings, and local public entities aggregating municipalities / local authorities, from the EU member states, the UK, and the EEA-EFTA countries.
- What’s the deadline for applications?
The fourth call will close on the 30th of September 2022 at 5pm CEST.
- What can energy agencies do?
They can be hired by the beneficiaries for the development of an investment concept for their projects on sustainable energy. The grant may be used for technical feasibility studies, legal analysis, market analysis, and so much more.
